Ronit RANA

Ronit was born and raised in Chicago and currently serves as Operations Manager at Amico Lane. His career has followed a unique path that began in professional athletics; he trained and competed in Europe as a professional tennis player and represented the U.S. in junior tournaments. During that time, he also worked as a business operations manager, gaining early exposure to business management, structure, and team dynamics.

After returning to the U.S., Ronit transitioned into real estate, working as a property manager and associate broker. He has managed a diverse portfolio of properties, including commercial buildings, condominium associations, and government embassies. These experiences helped him build a strong foundation in operations, stakeholder communication, and real estate systems.

Ronit holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing his MBA there, further strengthening his expertise in business strategy and operational leadership. He’s passionate about creating thoughtful, scalable systems that help teams operate more effectively and businesses grow with intention.
