    • Maintain a maintenance history log of the building

    • Monitoring of on-site jobs
    • Bids for large one-off capital expenditures
    • Regular building visits and reports
    • Review of rules & setting up rules for the building
    • Conflict resolution 
    • Organizing team dynamics and building norms
    • Anything else that may come up

    Requires at least 12 month basic plan to activate option for these additional services
