As Operations Manager at Amico Lane, Nafeesa Baig plays a key role in keeping  day-to-day operations with a focus on efficiency, clear communication, and resident satisfaction. With over 5 years of experience spanning hospitality, property management, and project management, she brings a versatile and solutions-driven approach to building operations.

Her background in hospitality has shaped her strong attention to service, while her project management experience allows her to oversee complex tasks, streamline processes, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and board members with ease. She’s passionate about creating organized, well-run communities where residents feel supported and informed.

Nafeesa holds an associate degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing studies in Database Technology. She is also a Certified Scrum Master and CAPM® certified. Outside of work, she enjoys organizing spaces, exploring local cafés, and staying connected to the communities she serves.
